App store wont let me download apps

I am new to Windows 8 and went to the store where it informed me that I had 21 updates. When I tried to install all of the updates each one said" could not update". I clicked on it and it said" administrator( who I assume is me) must change group settings. I am assuming that after I update the " apps" they would be back on his " app" page.

Hi friends, This morning when I woke up, I got a weird problem. My AppStore would not let me download any apps, so then I tried to reboot my iPhone. I cannot log in right, but then it just disappears whenever I try to download and goes back to the main screen. I tried deleting one of my apps and re download it, but that didn't fix the problem.
